Open on three sides, timber and thatch overhead, room for 24 mats. The Shala is a building we live around rather than a service we sell.

Classes run Tuesday to Saturday at 08:00 and 17:00. The programme rotates between Hatha, Hatha Flow, Gentle, Yin, Yin-Yang and Sunset Stretch.

The Shala welcomes resort guests, local residents and visitors. Group classes start from IDR 50,000 per person, excluding tax.

A normal week

  • Classes run Tuesday to Saturday at 08:00 and 17:00.
  • Open to resort guests, local residents and visitors.
  • 60 minute class IDR 175,000, 90 minute class IDR 220,000, sound healing IDR 250,000 per person.
  • Residents of Bali pay IDR 50,000 for 60 minutes, IDR 65,000 for 90 minutes, IDR 150,000 for sound healing.
  • Private class IDR 1,100,000 for the session.
  • All prices exclude 15% tax and service.
